With a strong background in client strategy and cross-border operations, she created Amy Property Hub to meet the needs of overseas buyers who want a safer, more personalized path to owning property in Thailand. Her strength lies in translating complex processes into clear, actionable steps — ensuring each client feels understood and fully supported from start to finish.

Rachel – Legal & Investment Consultant
Rachel is a senior consultant with over 10 years of experience in real estate, business setup, project planning, and working closely with government agencies in Thailand. She was the Owner and Broker of RE/MAX Real Estate Pros Rayong and is now CEO of Rachel Real Estate, as well as a shareholder in investor consulting firms. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from NIDA and specializes in supporting foreign investment in Thailand’s EEC area — particularly with DBD and Land Office procedures. At Amy Property Hub, Rachel leads legal coordination and property tours, offering clear, reliable support for clients at every stage. She’s known for her calm professionalism and is trusted by investors for her strategic guidance and in-depth local expertise.

PD.Dear – Client Services & Field Advisor
With over 12 years of experience, PD. Dear brings a strong track record in real estate sales, operations, and cross-border client support. She previously served as the Training Director and Co-Founder of RE/MAX Thailand, where she trained over 5,000 agents across 30 countries to meet international standards. Her background covers asset management, transaction oversight, property sourcing, and visa coordination for overseas clients. At Amy Property Hub, she leads client services, helping buyers navigate each step with confidence — from viewings to post-sale support. Her clients value her calm leadership, depth of knowledge, and ability to turn complex processes into smooth, stress-free experiences.

Ms. Mon – Project & Renovation Coordinator
Ms. Mon oversees all on-site operations including property renovations, home repairs, and new-build construction across Thailand. She has extensive experience in project coordination, quality control, and working with local contractors to ensure every build is completed on time and to high standards. She also supports overseas clients with build-ready land assessments and feasibility planning for custom homes or investment projects.
